DKMs have a fund raiser thing going on that they talked about.
I was hoping to go and be a part of this fundraiser thing which means I would have been able to meet the band and also flip Scruffy some copies of my band's CDs -- you know, from one piper to another.
Would have been nice, but my ride just started a new job that starts him on his day at 5AM.
Oh well, maybe next time.
Good show, good opening acts. Some guys from the other acts joined GangGreen with some lyrics including a hot punk version of an AC/DC tune... can't remember what it was right now, my back hurts every fall with the change from summer to winter and right now it's killin' me.... and I'm late for a rehearsal for a Hallowe'en party band I perform with every year ... so things are screwy all the way around.
But yeah, great show. would have been great to get another DKMs shirt (that watch looked all too cool too), but that will have to wait until I'm employed again -- ahh, incentive!
