This is actually coming up on the 25th anniversary of the 10 hunger striking prisoners who died in Ireland in 1981, their only demand that they be treated as political prisoners. So instead of just getting wasted for the sake of drinking, I'm taking Friday to remember those who choose to die for what they believe in. No matter what side of politics you are on, it's something to think about. Of course there will be beer involved...I'm part Irish for fuck's sake.
